Shipping Policy

When Will My Order Ship?

To streamline our shipping process and enhance customer satisfaction, we have organized our dispatch system as follows:

• Watches: All watches are dispatched exclusively from our Singapore warehouse.
• Watch Straps: These are shipped from both our Singapore and Amazon US, CA and AU warehouses, offering flexible shipping options to accommodate our global customer base.

We are committed to processing and shipping all orders within 1-3 business days. To achieve this, we leverage both our dedicated "in-house" fulfillment team and Amazon's fulfillment services. This approach ensures efficiency and reliability in our order fulfillment process.
Please note, however, that during periods of unexpectedly high demand, such as sales events and public holidays, there might be a slight delay in order fulfillment. Rest assured, we work diligently to minimize any potential delays.

Upon the dispatch of your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. We advise allowing up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and accurately reflect the current status of your shipment.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

An email with the order details will be sent to you automatically once an order is placed.

STRAPSEEKER ships worldwide using Singpost, USPS, Amazon Logistics or DHL Express depending on shipping option chosen during checkout. 

STRAPSEEKER reserve the rights to ship DHL Express orders via Registered Post for out of boundary locations or locations deemed unsafe. No written consent necessary on our part as long as transit time is not affected.

STRAPSEEKER reserve the rights to ship Registered Post orders via DHL Express for locations we deem unsafe to ship using Registered Post.

PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE : SHIPMENT IS UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE MERCHANDISE

Pre-Orders are debited and invoiced the day of Order Placement. Shipment will be the day that the merchandise arrives .Pre-Orders are confirmed orders and as such they are not refundable.
